Voice Dialogue – Getting Out Of Your Own Way

Early on in life we use the word ‘I’ to mean the few behaviours, values, rules, preferences and aversions, strengths and weaknesses, and judgements of ourselves and others we adopt habitually. They are fine but they are limited.
Eventually these limitations catch up with us and we need to move beyond opposites, re-establishing psychospiritual balance. This is the purpose of Voice Dialogue.
The benefits from this shift are an increased ability to live freely, joyfully and creatively, and the emergence of an ego, an aware ego. This is open to change elegantly, sinusously and with less resistance. Our choices go from ‘either/or’ to ‘and’.
The development of the aware ego means that, for example, we can honour thinking and linking. This has obvious importance for relating, an area of life shrouded in mystery and often misery. In our world. Voice Dialogue clarifies the dynamics of relationships and allows more choice in how we relate and how we act.
In organisations problems rarely come from insufficient knowledge. The issue is relating between people with different habitual ways of approaching the world. Even when there is a major glitch in objective organisation it is often obvious how relationship breakdown feeds the expansion of the issue and prevents solution.
